Robert Cantow
Supply Chain Practice Director, Converge Consulting
Robert Cantow focuses on supply chain transformation and has over 30 years of experience designing, transforming, and managing complex global supply chains in the medical devices, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Before consulting, Cantow served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations & Effectiveness for Biogen where he managed the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, supporting over $10B in annual sales. Cantow designed and led the execution of a three-year supply chain transformation roadmap, creating the supply chain infrastructure required to support a $15B global biotechnology business. As VP of Supply Chain Operations at Boston Scientific, he managed 42 global fulfillment centers supporting over $8B in annual sales. As the Director of Materials Management at W.R. Grace, Cantow was responsible for forecasting, master scheduling, raw material purchasing, inventory and capacity planning for 600 dialysis clinics. He earned his MBA in General Management and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, Eiger Biopharmaceuticals
Marc A. Osterhaus has an extensive background in pharmaceutical industry supply chain management, including the large molecule biotechnology, small molecule pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. Osterhaus’ 25-year+ career spans planning raw materials, drug substance, drug product and finish goods globally at early stage, growth, and large established companies. He has a wide spectrum of experience implementing planning systems from basic tools through top-tier ERP systems while employed at very small and very large companies. Osterhaus has a unique perspective on how to manage supply chain tools and processes when decisions made today will have longstanding impact.
